There are many beautiful communities in the Estero area. Below, we'll list many that are popular with our buyers. We'll provide a variety of areas to suit your preferences (family-friendly subdivisions near great schools, older, historic homes, brand new areas, golf course homes, equestrian communities, gated communities, 55+ aged communities, active lifestyle communities, areas with a "country feel," etc. That way, we can better find what you're looking for.

There are more budget conscious areas outside the luxury communities as well - just search the listings for these great places to live!

Golf Communities (some of the other categories also include golf homes):

  • Breckenridge - Great single family homes, condos & villas. Breckenridge features an 18-hole par 3 golf course, lit tennis courts and five swimming pools! There is a nice clubhouse with community room and fitness center. It's just two miles North of the new Coconut Point Mall too! Homes from the lower 200s to about 400k.

  • Shadow Wood Preserve - is a low-density community nearby the historic Mullock Creek, the mangrove fringe of Estero Bay and the Estero Bay Buffer Preserve. The development boasts a private park on Mullock Creek with tennis, canoe/kayak launch, picnic pavilion and tot lot. Homes range from about mid 300s to over $1 million.

    Affordable Luxury Living:

  • Country Creek - Centrally located in the heart of Estero Florida, these Single Family homes and Townhomes are both nice and affordable luxury living. There is a golf course/clubhouse. Homes from the high 200s to 400k.

  • Fountain Lakes - A gated community of single family homes, villas & condos. It is located west of 41 near shopping, dining and more. They boast a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, jogging path, volleyball, and other sports. Homes from mid 100s to 300s.

  • Marsh Landing has single family homes, coach homes & Villas. Just minutes from the new Coconut Mall, beaches & airport. Beautiful homes starting in the 200s.

  • Meadows Of Estero is an exclusive gated community that is beautifully landscaped, with views of sparkling lakes and the surrounding nature preserves.   • Colonial Oaks - is smaller & gated with under 100 homes. There is a community pool. The clubhouse is great for gatherings.
