We've postponed opening our Winter Haven, Florida real estate office for the time being, but we're still pretty excited. We've been working the southeast Polk County area out of our Highlands office, but that location is about 40 minutes south so it's been a bit tough at times. We LOVE East Polk County (it's easy to sell something you really believe in), so we're dedicating a few agents to the area to better serve our cients. Thye will still work out of our Highlands Office, but will give you great service and find the best properties at the best prices.

We will only be working with buyers for the time being, and that's good news for these clients. Prices have gone way up the past few years, but it has been slow for several months and it is now a full-fledged buyer's market. Unfortunately, many sellers and agents refuse to admit this, so prices are all over the place. It's not uncommon to see VERY comparable homes with 20, 30 and even forty thousand dollar price differences. Agents are also being pressured by their brokers to push their own listings (often at the expense of buyers). So, it's wise to work with experienced agents who understand this market and who are looking out for YOU!

We search any and all broker listings and pull the best homes at the best prices so you can make the right decision. We can mail, fax or email listings that fit your preferences, then whenever you're ready, we can visit the homes. If you're out of town, we can preview homes and email or mail photos/video to you.
