• Placid Lakes has an 18-hole, par 72 golf & Country Club. It's located at 3601 Jefferson Ave. (863) 465-1626. It was stripped then completely renovated in 2008 - it is really nice! There are many homes in this beautiful golf course community - directly on and near the course and around the two huge lakes - Lake June and Lake Placid. • Spring Lake is a beautiful golf community with 3 courses that are reputed to be among the area's best! There are homes to fit most budgets - some spectacular, huge executive homes and nice 2br golf frontage town homes or smaller single family homes near the course. Click here for their Website.

• Leisure Lakes also has a par-3 golf course. There is a motel with a built-in pool (right on Lake June) and tennis courts. We've had family and friends stay here and it's always been nice and clean.
