If you use Dan, Melissa or Zack as your buyer's agents (a team at All About Realty), we'll write you a check at closing depending upon the contract price of the home. This goes for our listings or any other bank or broker’s (and if it’s our listing, we’ll add another $100).
We are seeing more brokers charging their buyer clients a $150-$450 “transaction fee” on closing statements. We recently saw a broker charge her client $495 for working with her. It was right on the closing papers (it was our listing and she had the buyer). That is simply a junk fee and we do not understand why people would think that is acceptable.
All of our money comes from Seller-paid commissions, so us giving you some of that is simply a legal and ethical way for us to say thank you for working with us.
This promotion is for contracts written from January 1, 2020 through October 1, 2020.
$500.00 will be given to our clients purchasing anything with a contract price of $300,000+
$400 for purchases from $150,000-$299,999
$300 for purchases from $110,000-$149,999
$200 for purchases from $75,000-$109,999
$100 for purchases priced at least $50,000 but under $75,000
(Also add $100 if you purchase any listing with any of the 3 of us as listing agents)
This offer can't be used when a buyer requests a referral fee for themselves (if they are an agent) or any other licensed agent, or with any contract where we reduced seller commission or if any other coupon or offer is used.
That's all there is to it. You get paid to have an experienced, 3-person team working for you.
